I’m taking part in the 99K For Canines with Dogs Trust Ireland!
I'll be taking on a challenge of walking 99 kilometres in a month to help stray and abandoned dogs and puppies. Every euro raised gives the gift of a second chance to our furry friends in Dogs Trust Ireland's care - thank you for your support!
The aim of Dogs Trust Ireland is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. Since opening their Rehoming Centre in 2009, they have rescued and rehomed over 22,000 dogs. They rely on public support to fund their work and they are entirely reliant on the generosity of amazing people to continue our life-saving work. Every single donation raised provides each dog that comes into their care with nutritious food, veterinary treatment, a microchip, vaccinations and most importantly, love and cuddles from their canine carers and a forever home.

Tuesday 17th Jun After a more relaxed weekend, I managed to complete 8.8km between the gym and work 😀 our new total to complete : 12.31km of 99km 😀🥰 12.43% left of the entire thing 😀🥰 Share

Thursday 12th Jun I should really be better at updating these 😂😂 so I got 4km walked yesterday, and now the total to complete is: 35.71km! Can't believe I'm not only over halfway through this challenge, but that i was also able to complete it 😀🥰 Share

Tuesday 10th Jun Well...this was unexpected. Between a lot of walking, moving and threadmill, I managed to complete 11.29km. Catches me by surprise every time, and I'm only finished the first third!! Total left to complete: 39.71km...very manageable 😀 Share

Monday 9th Jun Wow...today I walked and was on the threadmill and managed to achieve 8.4km, which brings down my total to 51km even...I think I may end of getting extra done for this challenge 😀🥰 Share

Sunday 8th Jun Chill day today, nothing more major bar a good bit of walking 😀🥰 4.9km completed, bringing the total down to *drum roll please* 62.3km left to complete! Almost 30km completed in the first week!! Share

Saturday 7th Jun Quiet day today, and few errands and walks around got me 4.2km of my total 😀🥰 new total to complete: 67.2km 😀🥰 Share

Wednesday 4th Jun 7.71km completed today, between walking and a threadmill, and I love making these updates, to see the total going down 😀 82.6km left for the month of June, and even if I finish early, I'll continue until the end of the month to see what I completed in total 😀🥰 Share
