I’m taking part in the 99K For Canines with Dogs Trust Ireland!

If you know me, you know I'm not the biggest fan of walking. In the past 2 months, I've decided to challenge myself to enjoy walking - this is one of those ways! 

You'll also know I have my little menace to society Bó who I would be lost without. I want to spread the love I have for Bó to the doggies in the Dog's Trust so this challenge is really a 2-for-1. 

I'll be taking on a challenge of walking 99 kilometres in a month to help stray and abandoned dogs and puppies.

The aim of Dogs Trust Ireland is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. Since opening their Rehoming Centre in 2009, they have rescued and rehomed over 22,000 dogs. They rely on public support to fund their work and they are entirely reliant on the generosity of amazing people to continue our life-saving work. Every single donation raised provides each dog that comes into their care with nutritious food, veterinary treatment, a microchip, vaccinations and most importantly, love and cuddles from their canine carers and a forever home.
