I’m taking part in the 99K For Canines with Dogs Trust Ireland!
I'll be taking on a challenge of walking 99 kilometres in a month to help stray and abandoned dogs and puppies. Every euro raised gives the gift of a second chance to our furry friends in Dogs Trust Ireland's care - thank you for your support!
The aim of Dogs Trust Ireland is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. Since opening their Rehoming Centre in 2009, they have rescued and rehomed over 22,000 dogs. They rely on public support to fund their work and they are entirely reliant on the generosity of amazing people to continue our life-saving work. Every single donation raised provides each dog that comes into their care with nutritious food, veterinary treatment, a microchip, vaccinations and most importantly, love and cuddles from their canine carers and a forever home.

My Updates

Early start..
Friday 1st Aug I wanted to get going early to keep up with the momentum of the donations. Everyone has been so generous and it is hugely appreciated. I have 7.5km in the bag. Fletcher doesn't know what has hit him with the extra walks in memory of his pal Quincy Supafly Peppermint (as formally titled by my sister Kelsey). Dogs Trust were an excellent service we were on our search for Fletcher who eventually came from the DSPCA. But lets just say we are in the middle of doing some business with Dogs Trust...a lovely way to end a tough week. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
