Hi there,

If you know me even a little bit, you've likely heard me talk about my dog Sam.  He's the best pal anyone could ever ask for and he makes me appreciate every dog that crosses our path.  

With that, we're taking part in the 99k for Canines challenge to raise funds for Dogs Trust and we would love your help! I’ll be running and walking 99km throughout October and I’d be really grateful if you’re able to sponsor us.

Dogs Trust provides life-changing care for thousands of dogs every year and every dog that comes into their care is given all the love and support they need to get back on their paws and into a new loving forever home as quickly as possible. Every penny raised from this challenge will make a big difference to the lives of dogs across Ireland.
